Sr. Financial Analyst - E2E Stores (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)

Nordstrom . Nordstrom is seeking a results-oriented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our E2E Stores Finance Team supporting our Nordstrom & Rack Store leadership teams. This role requires strong financial modeling, critical thinking, and effective communication through regular business partnership. The Senior Financial Analyst will support store-level teams across the country, promote financial acumen, and help run strong and profitable businesses while challenging standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Support the Store business in financial accountability from sales to bottom line profitability through weekly/monthly processes & continuous planning, including partnership with store teams and across finance Assess the financial performance of the Store business by analyzing key drivers through KPIs and provide insights to Store Leaders to drive decision making on opportunities and improvements Perform ad hoc analyses, trainings, and special projects and clearly communicate findings to support leadership-level decisions Prioritize competing business needs, develop a genuine understanding of business topics and P&L interdependencies, and build trust with partners through reliable work Drive improvements and simplify existing reporting, forecasting, and continuous planning processes Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (business, finance, economics, and/or similar field) 3+ years of experience in business analysis, modeling, budgeting, and managing complex datasets Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience up-leveling complex analysis to leadership Team player with a positive attitude and proven ability to develop effective and influential business relationships at all levels Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and provide deliverables in a timely manner Experience with SQL, advanced datasets, and Anaplan preferred Experience partnering with business leaders to identify actions and levers to improve business trajectory High attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy Benefits
