Provide strategic leadership and direction for a team of 15 to 20 engineers and technicians Lead product development initiatives from concept through full scale production, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and performance goals Apply technical expertise to integrate innovative features, resolve production challenges, and establish engineering standards Drive process refinement, cost reduction efforts, and ROI analysis for new tooling and equipment Collaborate across sales, operations, marketing, and quality to align product development with customer needs What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field 10 or more years of engineering experience, including 5 or more years in management Strong track record of solving problems and driving organizational improvements Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office, comfortable with hand and power tools Compensation
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $190,000 Benefits
