What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure product line success and team growth.
Manage the full lifecycle of new product development from concept to market release.
Apply technical expertise to integrate innovative features, resolve production challenges, and uphold quality standards.
Drive process improvements, cost reduction efforts, and ROI analysis for product and tooling initiatives.
Collaborate across sales, operations, marketing, and quality to align on goals and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering with leadership responsibilities.
Proven ability to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office, comfortable with hand and power tools.
Compensation Range $120,000 - $160,000 per year
