Lead all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship management, proactive tax compliance, and tax advisory services. Develop and coach professional staff; deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships. Participate in practice development efforts by attracting and serving new clients, expanding services to existing clients, and helping recruit and retain team members. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed; review complex tax returns; continuously enhance technical knowledge; deliver value-added tax planning ideas. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience, including technical tax consulting, research, and implementation of planning strategies. Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work product. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting. Active CPA license. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Role may involve client-facing services to non-O&G clients in various industries. Additional Information
