Practice in the area of cardiothoracic surgery. Provide excellent patient care. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team (surgeons, medical and interventional cardiologists, radiologists, vascular specialists). Travel to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as needed to fulfill duties. Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent; eligible for state medical license. Completed general surgery residency program and a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship program. Board eligible or board certified in cardiothoracic surgery. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. About WVU Heart & Vascular Institute
