Provide psychiatric evaluation and onsite coverage for geriatric (65+) public sector patient population. Work primary hours of 8:30 am–5:00 pm with on-call psychiatric services on weekends and holidays as needed. Minimum Qualifications

Must possess an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or obtain one prior to the start of employment. Medical degree and completion of an ACGME-approved residency training in Psychiatry prior to the start of employment. Current DEA controlled Substance registration/licensed or obtain one prior to the start of employment. Additional Considerations

Prior geriatric/psychiatric hospital experience. Board certification preferred but board eligible accepted. Special Instructions
