Level II Trauma Center serving a catchment area of 1.7 million across 17 counties Dedicated daily orthopaedic trauma room Case mix includes both high-energy and low-energy trauma Streamlined OR access and efficient workflows

Join as Associate Physician with Guaranteed base salary with performance-based bonus incentives Partnership track after 2 years with significant income growth potential with additional income opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options Residency or Fellowship Stipend available
About Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS)
Collaborative group of 11 orthopaedic surgeons and 8 advanced practice providers 5 practice locations throughout the Montgomery area Fully integrated ancillaries: Physical and Occupational Therapy (6 PT/OTs and 8 PTAs) DME Walk-in urgent orthopaedic care clinic ModMed EMR for efficient clinical documentation Advanced Imaging Center and ASC Proud team physicians for the Montgomery Biscuits (Minor League Baseball)
Candidate Requirements
BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery with Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery Strong communication and clinical collaboration skills Patient-focused, team-oriented provider Eligible for or currently holding an Alabama medical license
