Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopaedic General Surgeon
to join our high-performing, well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with access to advanced technology, robust support, and strong community ties.
Position Highlights
Join as an Associate Physician with a guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus Partnership track in just 2 years with no buy-in and additional income opportunities Practice volume and opportunity to grow your subspecialty interests Mentorship from experienced surgeons in a supportive, collegial environment Residency/Fellowship stipends available for current trainees

Team: 10 physicians, 6 PAs, and 3 NPs Facilities: Two main clinics (Alexandria & Pineville) Three satellite clinics One Orthopaedic Urgent Care Two physical therapy locations Onsite services include EMG, imaging, injections, and DME State-of-the-art ASC opening in August 2026 (Phase 1) Technology: ModMed EMR for streamlined clinical workflows Hospital Affiliations: Rapides Regional Medical Center Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital Academic & Athletic Affiliations: LSU Shreveport Louisiana Christian University Official physicians for the U.S. Ski Team
