Full-time employed physician position at our North Health Plaza Clinton, Iowa. Competitive compensation with a 2-year Salary Guarantee of $290,000 + production $150,000 recruitment incentives Great work-life balance - Outpatient practice only, shared outpatient call: 1:4 Educational loan assistance is available, Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Relocation allowance up to $15,000 240 hours of paid annual time off CME Allowance of $3,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, long term and short term Disability – Benefits start on day one of employment Retirement benefits: 403(b) with match and optional 457(b) Employer sponsored professional liability insurance including tail insurance coverage Our physician-led medical group promotes leadership, wellness and work-life balance; providing resources to achieve your goals. Qualifications
MD or DO BE/BC in FM or OFM Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) Where you’ll work
The MercyOne Clinton North Health Plaza is a multispecialty facility offering the right care in the right place at the right time. Services include primary care, cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, ortho and pediatrics. The family practice care team consists of 4 physicians, 5 APPs and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff. Expect a busy practice with instant volume. Where you’ll live
