Technical Product Manager - Global Trade Compliance
to be located in Titusville, NJ or Beerse, Belgium. This position may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. Key initiatives include Innovative Medicine Transcend, a global business transformation program to modernize transactional processes into a single ERP platform and standardize capabilities to support growth, agility, and end-to-end integration across the supply chain. Responsibilities
Own vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs. Establish technology roadmap for efficient delivery of business and customer value for Intercompany requirements. Balance business value with technical feasibility, prioritize features, optimize cost, and improve delivery efficiency. Refine the backlog with necessary technical features and epics; collaborate with Suppliers and Product Owners on capacity and architectural integration. Assist Product Owners in backlog prioritization, manage platform constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies; lead demand intake as required. Solutioning
Accountable for solution design and implementation for Global Trade Compliance processes on ERP & GTS platforms; ensure integration with relevant ecosystems. Drive business process standardization and best-in-class design. Engage with business and functional teams to provide fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned with Transcend program standards. Drive selection of product/platform options; collaborate with Engineering to assess technical elements and balance tech debt. Delivery
Lead the integrated solution build and deployment. Plan and execute Technical Testing; support business workstreams for Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing. Apply compliance requirements within scope, maintain SDLC documentation, configuration, and compliance activities as required. Measure capabilities against demand, complexity, and business challenges; drive improvements within value streams. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and end-to-end linkages to Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Logistics, Finance, and Data processes Solid understanding of SAP ERP and SAP GTS technical capabilities Exposure to Global Trade Compliance processes Preferred
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare; knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance Exposure to Advanced Therapies and Clinical distribution processes Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC documentation Leadership Skills & Behaviors
Learning agility, adaptability, and ability to drive business agility Proven ability to lead multi-functional, global teams and manage stakeholders across countries Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills; sense of urgency to changing priorities Customer-centric mindset and a drive to improve features and outcomes Other
English fluency required Travel up to 25% may be required (national and international) Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base pay range is
$120,000 - $207,000 . This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus per the applicable plan. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and retirement plans, per local market offerings. Details provided during the interview process.
