Manage return merchandise authorizations (RMA), reverse logistics, repairs, and recycling or product disposal
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards related to production and products
Collaborate with engineering, finance, marketing, and customer success to align operations with business goals
Identify and resolve issues across the supply chain quickly and effectively, minimizing disruption
Optimize manufacturing processes for cost control, labor efficiency, and output quality
Monitor and enforce KPIs that highlight areas for growth, risk, or inefficiency
The Requirements
10+ years of senior-level manufacturing operations experience, including startup and high-growth environments
Proven background in global supply chain management, logistics, and vendor negotiation across North America, Europe, and Asia
Strong grasp of electro-mechanical and contract electronics manufacturing workflows
Deep familiarity with lean manufacturing, S&OP planning, inventory management, and ERP systems
Demonstrated ability to manage international suppliers, logistics providers, and 3PLs
Track record of implementing scalable systems to support rapid growth and cross-functional alignment
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate data into financial insights
Adept at leading teams, building supplier partnerships, and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Hands-on, practical mindset — capable of both strategic planning and operational execution
Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business
