Piedmont Oncology at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA is recruiting a board certified/board eligible medical hematology/oncology physician to support and expand its rapidly growing cancer program locally and across Piedmont Healthcare’s 23-hospital system. The physician will contribute to clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation within Piedmont Oncology. The BE/BC candidate will require a Georgia medical license, strong communication skills, and genuine compassion for patients and their families. Piedmont Fayette is a 310-bed, not-for-profit community hospital offering 24-hour emergency services, obstetrics/women’s services, and a range of advanced medical technologies, including robotic surgery, digital imaging, diagnostics, rehabilitation, cardiovascular services, and wound care. The hospital is located near Atlanta’s Hartsfield–Jackson Airport and offers access to diverse communities and amenities in the Atlanta metro area. Responsibilities
Support and expand the cancer program and clinical excellence within Piedmont Oncology. Participate in research and care pathway initiatives across the Piedmont system. Collaborate with local and system-wide providers to deliver high-quality care to patients and families. Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in medical hematology/oncology Georgia medical license Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for patients and families Ability to work collaboratively with other providers across Piedmont Oncology Benefits
