Overview
Piedmont Oncology, Piedmont Healthcare’s newly reorganized cancer program, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible medical hematology/oncology physician for its Piedmont Eastside Hospital location in Snellville, GA. Piedmont Eastside is a 40 minute commute from Atlanta proper and Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. This position will support a rapidly growing and evolving cancer program both locally and across the 23-hospital system. This new physician will support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology. Responsibilities
Provide medical hematology/oncology care and leadership within Piedmont Eastside Hospital and Piedmont Oncology. Contribute to research initiatives and care pathway development across the Piedmont system. Collaborate with local and system-wide providers to maintain clinical excellence. Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in medical hematology/oncology. Georgia medical license. Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for patients and families. Self-motivated to excel as a clinician and work well with other providers. Employment details
