Full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, family planning, and well-patient GYN care Shared coverage model with call rotation designed for work-life balance Opportunities to lead, teach, and shape a growing, respected midwifery-led model within Banner\'s integrated system Supportive OB/Gyn back up that trusts and champions midwifery Excellent MA, nursing, and administrative support so you can focus on patient care, not paperwork Commitment to physiologic birth and evidence-based birth What makes us different
You\'ll be part of a practice built for midwives, by midwives Whether you\'re an experienced CNM or early in your career, you\'ll be mentored and empowered Tucson is a vibrant, welcoming desert city with a low cost of living, year-round outdoor adventures, and an inclusive, diverse community What we\'re looking for
AMCB certified CNM Arizona CNM license (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year\'s experience in full-scope midwifery (preferred) or 2 or more years\' experience in L&D Comfort with independent practice in patient and outpatient with both prenatal and Gynecology care Banner Health offers
