We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing OB/GYN team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women’s health, experience (or interest) in managing low-risk pregnancies and deliveries, and the ability to communicate effectively with a multicultural patient population. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, as many of our patients are Spanish-speaking. Key Responsibilities: Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal visits, labor & delivery, postpartum follow-up, and routine gynecologic care Independently manage low-risk labors and births in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff Conduct patient education on childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, contraception, and postpartum recovery Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians on high-risk cases and ensure appropriate care coordination Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the EMR Participate in shared call schedule, including nights and weekends Contribute to quality improvement and patient education initiatives Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Current RN and CNM licenses in New York State (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS and NRP certifications required (ACLS a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and culturally sensitive bedside manner Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available What We Offer: Competitive salary and full benefits package (health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, 401k, CME allowance) A supportive, team-based environment that values autonomy and collaboration Diverse patient population and a wide range of clinical experiences Professional development opportunities, including continuing education and mentorship Work-life balance with structured shifts and a predictable call rotation How to Apply:
