$128.00/hr - $150.00/hr Hospitalist Service Average daily encounters: 9 Physician Staffing Model: 6 – 7 per Physician – 24 hours of physician coverage daily Dedicated Nocturnist Procedures recommended but not required EMR: Epic

Salary Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $128/hour to $150/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
