Physician - Family Medicine or Med-Peds - Grand Rapids, MI - ICC Beltline. ICC Beltline Family/Internal Medicine-Pediatrics is an innovative, busy practice looking for a partner passionate about primary care, to join their growing team. The office currently has 14 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers providing a full range of care to their patients. A team-based model of care is utilized to include a pharmacist, social worker, RN care manager, behavioral health, population health nurse and excellent medical assistants and staff. Join the largest primary care practice in Corewell Health West Michigan that has a strong teaching focus. Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation is considered key to the practice\'s success and the workspace is built to accommodate this. Qualifications
Required – Bachelor’s Degree BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required.
