Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a PRN Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative, transformative department in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine to deliver high-quality care to the children of Northeast Ohio and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a well-established team of pediatric specialists to provide anesthesia and pain management services to tens of thousands of young patients each year. Our anesthetic volume in 2024 included over 20,000 cases across Pediatric Specialties, including a Level I Burn Center, Neonatal Intensive Care, a Level I Trauma Center, Acute Pain, Cardiac and Non-OR Anesthesia Services.
Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia and pain management services for pediatric patients as part of an integrated team of physicians, CRNAs, residents, and fellows. Qualifications:
The incumbent will be board eligible, or board certified in Pediatric Anesthesia, and will have the ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio. About the hospital and community:
