Lead a team of software engineers to build applications that redefine how we do business and keep DriveTime ahead of competitors. Collaborate with other engineers to work on key features across DriveTime. Mentor smart, passionate team members. Drive several exciting initiatives, solve problems of varying size, and convey strategy and accuracy to top-level decision-makers. Technical Stack

Mendix or similar low-code platform Candidate Profile
5+ years of professional development experience and prior informal or formal team leadership on large projects; direct reports are a plus. Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners. Full-Stack software development experience with emphasis on Front End architecting and building robust distributed systems that scale. Expertise in client-side SPA development. Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience in developing unit tests. Strong problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication. Passionate about continuous learning. Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience. Seniority
