Class A CDL (Minimum) *MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION* *GREAT PAY & BENEFITS* Experience in industrial environments, operating Roll Off trailers, and dry vans is a plus! Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment hands-on. Utilize specialized equipment like Ultra High-Pressure pumps. Manage equipment operations including pumping systems and chemical cleaning equipment. Ensure surface cleaning meets specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Oversee liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders. May lead a team of vacuum technicians. Transport equipment and personnel as required. Complete vehicle inspections, driver's logs, and adhere to DOT regulations. Handle loading and unloading hoses. Unload vacuum trucks at designated sites. Maintain general upkeep of equipment in the field. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Relevant vocational training includes safety education and hands-on experience. Must be proficient in English to comprehend safety training and respond appropriately in emergencies. Valid driver's license and CDL Class A as per company driving policy. Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device. Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required. Must understand emergency equipment operations, including fire extinguishers. Prior experience operating a vacuum truck is preferred. Familiarity with both wet and dry vacuum equipment is advantageous. What does it take to work for Thompson-Industrial? High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required. Class B CDL License is necessary. HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are preferred.
