Welcome visitors warmly, providing them with information about our clinic's features.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, screening and routing them appropriately, while taking messages as necessary.
Assist new patients by checking in and collecting essential information during their first visit.
Verify patients' insurance information to ensure a smooth process.
Notify clinicians promptly about patient arrivals and readiness for appointments.
Coordinate follow-up appointments for returning patients as needed.
Prepare and print appointment reminders and any required school or work excuses.
Make necessary adjustments to the patient schedule when required.
Assist with payment arrangements and account resolutions.
Manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of shipments and mail.
Process payments and accurately post to accounts.
Update patient charts and maintain current information efficiently.
Drive internal marketing initiatives, fostering participation and excitement among the team.
