Compensation- Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Earning Potential Responsibilities: • Guide prospective buyers through property tours, representing a high-performing real estate team • Organize and manage efficient showing schedules to maximize client experience. • Communicate feedback from clients and agents after showings. • Assist with occasional open houses and property previews. • Work closely with our team leader and agents to ensure seamless transactions • Build and maintain your own client relationships while contributing to the success of the team. Qualifications: • Must hold an active Indiana real estate license. • Dependable transportation and flexibility to attend property showings • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues. • Highly organized and dependable. • Collaborative team player with a positive, client-focused mindset. • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to support clients.
