Position Overview: The Showing Assistant will support our lead agents by showing homes to clients, assisting with open houses, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn more about real estate.
Responsibilities:
Show homes to clients in a timely, professional manner
Assist with open houses, lockbox access, and property tours
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Provide feedback and updates to lead agents after showings
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Support clients by answering basic questions about the home-buying process (training provided)
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Real Estate License
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps such as Aligned and Supra e-key
