Front Desk Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Operations Coordinator to be a vital part of our expanding team at Smile Doctors! In this role, you will: Greet and welcome visitors to the clinic, providing essential information about our services. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Check in new patients and collect preliminary information on their first visit. Verify patients' insurance details to ensure seamless service. Notify clinicians of patient arrivals so they are prepared for appointments. Schedule follow-up appointments for returning patients. Print and distribute appointment reminders and necessary documentation. Make necessary adjustments to the patient schedule as needed. Assist with coordinating payment arrangements and resolving account issues. Manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of mail and shipments. Process payments and accurately post them to patient accounts. Update patient charts and maintain essential information. Drive internal marketing efforts and encourage team participation. What you bring to the table: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening capabilities to understand and relay information effectively. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. One year of administrative experience is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a bonus, but not mandatory.
