Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm What You'll Do: Summary/Objective: The Mortgage Servicing Team Member is responsible for ensuring the input, auditing, and maintenance of all mortgage data. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls to address member questions and requests Inputting and booking all mortgages on the DCU's servicing platform, quoting and accepting payoffs, and responding to various member servicing inquiries and requests Performing file maintenance duties including discharge research and preparation, loan corrections, subordinations, credit disputes, research GL variances, and loss draft processing Completing assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicating with members as needed Assisting and supporting functions for loan boarding and the preparation of documents for loan sales Processing department inbound correspondence received through email, fax, or standard mail Performing support functions to ensure all closing and post-closing processes are complete Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s) What You'll Need: High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of mortgage or related experience What We Do: DCU is the largest credit union headquartered in New England serving more than one million members in all 50 states.
