Project Manager

As a Project Manager in our CETE organization, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that shape operational excellence, commercial strategy, and new product development. What You Will Do Lead cross-functional teams to develop project charters and management plans aligned with business goals Define and refine project scope through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts to manage timelines and critical paths Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control in collaboration with finance and leadership Identify and manage project risks through comprehensive risk response planning Assign and oversee project resources, defining roles and deliverables for each team member Execute stakeholder and communication management plans to ensure alignment and transparency Manage multiple concurrent projects (8+) of varying complexity through full lifecycle execution What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 4 years of project management-related experience Demonstrated experience leading projects through full lifecycle execution Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) Preferred Qualifications Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP) Experience with agile and/or waterfall methodologies Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for product design Experience leading projects in medical device or regulated industries Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
