As a Project Manager in our CETE organization, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that shape operational excellence, commercial strategy, and new product development. What You Will Do

Leadcross-functional teams to develop project charters and management plans aligned with business goals

Defineand refine project scope through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops

Developdetailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts to manage timelines and critical paths

Monitorproject budgets and ensure cost control in collaboration with finance and leadership

Identifyand manage project risks through comprehensive risk response planning

Assignand oversee project resources, defining roles and deliverables for each team member

Executestakeholder and communication management plans to ensure alignment and transparency

Managemultiple concurrent projects (8+) of varying complexity through full lifecycle execution

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 4 yearsof project management-related experience

Demonstrated experienceleading projects through full lifecycle execution

Proficiencywith project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Certification(CAPM or PMP)

Experiencewith agile and/or waterfall methodologies

Knowledgeof materials and manufacturing processes for product design

Experienceleading projects in medical device or regulated industries
