Catering Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with catering marketing experience to grow, manage, and operate our catering system at our Woodbridge IHOP location. As our catering coordinator, you will: Cultivate relationships in the community to create consistent catering guests and sales. Adhere strictly to WRG IHOP and health department food safety procedures to maintain a strong food safety system. Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction possible in service and food quality at all times. Responsibilities: Develop IHOP catering sales growth through community business engagement relationships. Develop and foster catering relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations. Strategize and create strategic ways to attract new catering guests. Plan, organize, and finalize order delivery and pick-up to ensure a seamless catering experience for all catering guests. Manage day-to-day catering activities, take leadership in handling guest relations and account management. Work shifts necessary to ensure all catering orders are executed without flaw. Conduct confirmation calls for each order, call-backs to previous catering guests to encourage repeat orders, reminders ahead of time for annual ordering guests, to engage with targeted catering guests. Conduct guest evaluations to ensure continuing catering guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Work hours must be flexible as needed including weekends and holidays. Previous catering experience is a must. Management or leadership experience is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to cold-call or visit local businesses. Pay: Base pay starting at $18 /hour
