Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the team during assigned shifts, ensuring staff are working efficiently and delivering an exceptional experience.Oversee daily operations across the play space, caf, and party zones.Provide hands-on support in all areas as needed (e.g., helping in the caf, monitoring play areas, supporting parties).Handle customer concerns or issues in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.Open and/or close the facility, following proper checklists and procedures.Assist with training new team members, offering feedback and guidance.Help with employee scheduling and shift coverage coordination.Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.Model positive, professional behavior and foster a fun, supportive team culture.Qualifications:12+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, food & beverage, or children's play/entertainment environments.Comfortable working with children and their caregivers in a dynamic space.Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Proactive, dependable, and highly organized.Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.Perks of Working With Us:A fun, playful, and community-driven workplaceOpportunities for growth within a new and expanding businessFree coffee and caf discountsTeam celebrations and occasional surprise treats!Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 (based on experience) + tips
