Construction Project Manager
Location: Bluffton, SC Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $55,000 $60,000 per year (based on experience) About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing construction company specializing in luxury hardscape design and installation. They are committed to delivering exceptional quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office team. Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. Conduct project walkthroughs with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day field operations including site readiness, material coordination, and safety compliance. Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and office. Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently. Conduct final walkthroughs, handle punch lists, and manage warranty work as needed. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or hardscape installation. Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, drainage, and materials. Ability to read blueprints, shoot grades, and manage technical project details. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to oversee multiple projects at once. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Benefits
