Senior Development Manager Residential
Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | Real Estate Development
a privately held real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a
Senior Development Manager
to oversee the full lifecycle of multiple residential development projects. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience in real estate development or construction, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage complex project workflows from entitlement to closeout. This position will work closely with senior leadership and act as a key driver of project success across growing portfolio. What Youll Do: Oversee multiple residential development projects from pre-development through construction and completion. Manage project
budgets ,
schedules , and
quality standards
across assigned projects. Lead coordination of
design teams ,
contractors ,
consultants , and external professionals. Conduct and coordinate
due diligence , including environmental, geotechnical, zoning, and entitlement review. Interpret and review
architectural, civil, MEP , and
interior plans
for feasibility and value engineering. Liaise with local
municipalities and government agencies
to secure permits, approvals, and entitlements. Maintain thorough project documentation using internal project management systems. Support preparation of
status reports
for internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors. Conduct
market research
and contribute to
feasibility studies
and investment strategies. Assist in the development of
marketing, leasing, and sales strategies
for active projects. What Were Looking For: 810 years of professional experience in
real estate development ,
construction , or a related field. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across various phases. Strong
project management ,
organizational , and
problem-solving
skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
English and Spanish . Proficient in reading and interpreting
construction documents
and architectural plans. Bachelor's degree in,
Construction Management ,
Engineering ,
Architecture , or related field (preferred).
