We’re seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior HR Data Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll use data to shape workforce strategies and influence business decisions across all stages of the employee lifecycle. If you enjoy transforming raw data into actionable insights, crafting compelling dashboards, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and present employee data to improve workforce decisions and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, M&A, and IT teams to define analytics needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI and reports in Workday.
• Clean, merge, model, and stage HR data for in-depth analysis.
• Support recurring reports such as Talent Acquisition Staffing Models, Employer of Choice, and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Use predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify workforce trends and risks.
• Communicate findings via storytelling, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Stay current with the latest HR analytics tools, methods, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR.
• Experience developing custom Workday reports.
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
• Strong skills in data storytelling, visualization, and presentation to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Deep understanding of data confidentiality, privacy, and security.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like Looker Studio, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing (Google BigQuery a plus).
• Prior use of Workday Analytics (Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism, Benchmarking).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics
