Job Summary:
As an Analyst at Studio 151, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients solve complex business challenges. You’ll work on projects across industries, contributing to strategy development, operational improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client engagements by conducting research, data analysis, and preparing presentations.
- Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based interactive models and dashboards for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Expertise in advanced Excel tools, formulae is a must, and VBA and Power BI is a plus.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking assessments, and develop research reports, presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations
- Participate in interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of business solutions and process improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in consulting, business/data analytics, or business strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, modeling).
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with client-facing roles or collaborative team projects.
