Job Title: Data Analyst III – Hybrid ($45.33/hour)

Pay: $45.33/hour
Location: Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility)
Type: Long-term contract (potential extension or direct hire with benefits)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst III to provide analytical, budget, process, and systems support for our client’s work unit. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives on digging into data, leading projects, and delivering actionable insights that support organizational decision-making. You’ll work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and with measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage data-driven projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Perform investigations, analyses, and reporting using system tools to uncover trends, perform root cause analysis, and identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management in clear, actionable formats.

  • Support and improve business processes through research, reporting, and project coordination.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional work groups, building consensus and ensuring optimal results.

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create models, dashboards, and professional presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3+ years of data analysis or project support experience.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills; able to independently identify and resolve problems.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling) and other Office applications.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the company and with external partners.

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as CSB, Maximo, or similar tools preferred.

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills — comfortable leading meetings and briefing management.
