Senior Product Manager
Shamrock is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to help execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our industry-leading fuel card and drive expansion across emerging partner-led businesses such as insurance, and more. This is a high-impact role responsible for unlocking new revenue streams, deepening customer value, and ensuring seamless execution of partner-integrated experiences. You will work closely with business unit leaders to develop and execute joint product strategies that align with company goals and deliver real results. Fuel Card Leadership: Co-Author the product vision, roadmap, and performance for our fuel card product - including pricing, network partnerships, incentives, and digital engagement - driving both revenue growth and customer value. Partnership Expansion: Lead the product development and integration of emerging partner-led offerings such as tires and maintenance, working closely with third-party partners and internal business units to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Partner Interface & Integration: Act as the product liaison with external partnerstranslating requirements, coordinating technical integration efforts, and ensuring mutual product success. Data-driven Decision Making: Use data and modeling to shape strategies and incentives that are competitive, maximize revenue, and responsive to market and behavioral signals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across commercial, engineering, design, finance, and operations teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and deliver value quickly and effectively. Customer-Centric Thinking: Engage with customers (e.g., carriers, fleets, owner-operators) to validate assumptions, surface unmet needs, and ensure products are solving meaningful problems. Product Integration & Cohesion: Ensure new and existing offerings are tightly integrated into our mobile and web apps to create a seamless and compelling user journey across our platform. 710+ years of product management experience, ideally within logistics, fintech, or fleet management industries. Proven experience building and scaling fuel card products and/or loyalty programs, with a track record of delivering significant revenue growth. Experience working directly with external technical partners, APIs, and third-party integrations. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to define dynamic pricing models, evaluate trade-offs, and support business case development. Ability to balance and prioritize competing internal demands, align stakeholders, and drive clarity across a cross-functional organization. Deep understanding of mobile and web platforms as primary drivers of product engagement and conversion. Strong communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners. Experience in commercial insurance, compliance solutions, or embedded partner products. Familiarity with payments infrastructure, loyalty programs, or fleet-specific benefits. Knowledge of the trucking, freight, or logistics industries, especially the owner-operator and SMB carrier segments.
