Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities for concrete construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Monitor quality standards and provide guidance to the construction team as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Lead and train team members to achieve project goals. Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
