Job Description
Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project stability. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to support project timelines.
