Nurse Manager Emergency Room (ER)
We are hiring a Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume Emergency Room at a full-service acute care hospital in Fort Worth. This role oversees multiple emergency care sites, including two off-campus ER locations. Manage daily operations and staffing in the Emergency Department Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Mentor, coach, and retain ER nursing staff Drive compliance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of recent acute care ER leadership experience Recent ER clinical practice (within the last 3 years) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred Active RN license in Texas or compact state Current certifications: BLS ACLS PALS or ENPC (or obtained within 1 year of hire) National certification preferred (e.g., CEN, CCRN) Compensation and Benefits
