Front Office Representative
We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, handling phone calls, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments Manage front office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and team members Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks as needed Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office needs Support other departments with administrative tasks as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a front office or administrative role Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred Benefits
