The Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD will: Manage interiors-focused construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Lead teams of APMs and coordinate closely with Superintendents and Estimators (Excel-based) Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and quality control Directly support project execution-our PMs are always touching the work Ensure pace, precision, and communication across fast-turnover projects Engage with clients, design teams, and field staff to bring custom visions to life The Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD will have: 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, interiors strongly preferred Experience with restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage projects is highly valued Proven ability to manage $2M-$5M+ fast-paced interior projects Comfortable working on specialized, short-duration (2-6 month) projects Strong leadership skills with a willingness to get hands-on when needed Ability to thrive in a boutique, team-oriented environment The Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD will receive: Competitive base salary of $110,000-$140,000 Performance bonuses up to 20-25% Full-time role based in Bethesda, MD with active involvement in the field Tight-knit, team-oriented culture where no two projects are the same
