As an
Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the friendly face of our nonprofit partners at
community events, charity fundraisers, and outreach campaigns . Your role is all about connecting with people, sharing meaningful messages, and helping build long-term relationships that support social good. This is a
perfect entry-level opportunity
for someone who is
outgoing, compassionate, and eager to grow
in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. No experience required —
we provide full paid training! Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit clients at
live community outreach and fundraising events
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public in a positive, professional way
Educate attendees about ongoing nonprofit initiatives and inspire involvement
Build relationships with community members to increase donor loyalty
Collaborate with your team to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with new people
Passionate about
nonprofits, advocacy, social causes, or customer service
Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable in fast-paced settings
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
