As a

Promotional Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of our campaigns—creating

positive public interactions, answering questions, and helping bring awareness to community initiatives

at live events and pop-up activations. Key Responsibilities: Represent nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at

events, outreach sites, and promotional activations

Greet attendees,

answer questions , and provide campaign information with enthusiasm and professionalism

Assist with event setup , logistics, registration, and distribution of promotional materials

Collaborate with the

outreach and marketing team

to ensure smooth event execution

Provide

excellent customer service

while tracking interactions and gathering feedback

Problem-solve and

troubleshoot on-site challenges

with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Contribute to a

welcoming, high-energy event atmosphere
