This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping up-to-date with product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards of the merchandise and store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales targets is essential. Given the nature of this position, you will interact with customers, which may include minors, and have access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables. Therefore, a review of your criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of customers, staff, and the public. You will be expected to work at various store locations within a 10-mile radius of store # 705178, located at: 530 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify needs and present suitable products Build productive trust relationships with customers Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly Maintain precise work order files and formulas Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Mix products to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays effectively Clean store equipment and maintain cleanliness Load/unload delivery trucks as needed Assist with deliveries when necessary Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable Stay informed about products and discuss options with customers Follow inventory control procedures Suggest improvements to enhance sales Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience with paint and paint-related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in multiple languages Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish
