As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work at Store #4335, located at: 2775 Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY 14225, and Store #5355- 2082 George Urban Blvd, Depew NY 14043, along with other stores within a 30-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products. Build and maintain trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately, adhering to policies and procedures. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and mixing formulas. Stock shelves and set up product displays. Assist with deliveries and load/unload delivery trucks as needed. Keep assigned areas clean and presentable. Stay informed about product offerings and options. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to optimize sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to retrieve materials and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. For internal applicants, a performance rating of at least meets expectations on your latest appraisal is required. Completion of all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
