Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
Managing a unique upscale casual restaurant operation and ensuring excellent guest service.
Scheduling, hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, executing company standards and policies.
Beverage program, craft beer and cocktails, and sales focused.
Work in all aspects of marketing and promotions.
Ensuring excellent associate relations / Responsible for training and team development.
