Overview
Brewery General Manager – Brewery & Restaurant Operations. This position does require relocation to the western slope of Colorado. Our client has an immediate need for a High-Volume General Manager with strong Front of House experience, a hands-on ownership mentality and solid craft beer and cocktail expertise. Base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 plus added compensation based on revenue growth and room for advancement with new locations opening. Responsibilities
Strong Front of House (FOH) experience; lead and develop a high-performing team; manage day-to-day operations for a brewery and restaurant. Drive sales by planning special events, working with wedding planners, and creating new relationships in the community. Lead by example: punctual, professional, and team-oriented; enforce company policies. Maintain high standards for scratch cooking and craft beverage service; ensure consistent food and beverage quality. Manage vendor relationships, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction. Provide hands-on leadership to ensure successful execution of service and events, including overseeing both day and night shifts as required. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a brewery, distillery, or high-volume casual dining environment. Experience managing a team of 30. Solid financial acumen. Good leadership and team-building skills. Ability to work both day and night shifts as required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must have the ability to relocate before start to a beautiful and affordable Colorado Mountain Town. Requirements
Solid FOH and BOH experience. Ability to drive sales and establish community relationships via events and partnerships. Track record of building systems and structure in an independent restaurant setting. Ownership mentality with proven ability to grow revenue and profitability. Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging systems to improve operations. Preferred Background and Skills
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage program leadership. Experience in event programming and local marketing (weddings, holiday promotions, theme nights). Familiarity with modern POS systems (Toast, Seven Ships, or similar). Experience building scalable operations in independent restaurants. Ability to grow revenue and profitability through program development. Comfort with using technology to enhance operations. Benefits And Compensation
