Project Manager - Mortgage

Lead Agile projects within a PMO framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, product, and business teams, particularly in mortgage-related processes Create and manage project plans, budgets, and resource assignments, making adjustments as needed Promote Agile principles through coaching and facilitation of team ceremonies Monitor project status, identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage changes in scope Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and challenges Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews Ensure all project activities comply with PMO governance and reporting standards

Certifications in Agile practices, such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience managing Agile projects using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Strong background in the mortgage industry, including either servicing or originations Experience working within an Enterprise PMO structure Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps Excellent communication and leadership abilities Demonstrated success in driving complex projects forward in fast-paced settings
