What You'll Do
As a
Clinical Supervisor , you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight to Care Coordinators and Family Partners, ensuring that youth and families receive high-fidelity Wraparound care.
Provide supervision through individual, dyadic, and group modalities, as well as field observations
Coach staff on Wraparound fidelity and ensure adherence to program standards
Guide and evaluate Care Coordinators in direct service delivery, documentation, and goal achievement
Deliver initial and ongoing Wraparound training and coaching
Collaborate with internal and external child- and family-serving systems to strengthen partnerships
Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other interagency collaborations
Ensure program compliance with documentation standards, deadlines, and policies
Respond to on-call supervisory needs as required
Who You Are
Master's degree in a mental health-related field required
Independent licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) required
Certified in the Massachusetts CANS (or ability to obtain upon hire)
At least 3 years of experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families
Prior supervisory experience required
Experience collaborating with state agencies, advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health providers
Familiarity with home-based or Wraparound programs strongly preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in documentation systems, word processing, and email
