NICU RN Job Details

• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (October 19, 2025 – January 17, 2026)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Setting: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU / ICN)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00; AM-PM or PM-AM)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200–$2360 per week

NICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required

NICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, progress, and vital signs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized neonatal therapies as prescribed
• Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and families in the neonatal intensive care setting
