Parent Partner
The Parent Partner assists the Community Transition Team with understanding individual family dynamics, strengths, and needed supports to best assist the family in the youth's transition home. The Parent Partner will also identify and help facilitate connections to needed services for parents and to assist families in the identification of and connection to community-based resources as an alternative or as a supplement to CTT services. It is preferred that the Parent Partner(s) have a child or relative who has aged-out of DYS. Prior court-related involvement with the MA Department of Children and Families or the juvenile justice system may also be considered. Education
